Miaoulis Law is a family run law firm in Palm Harbor, Florida, serving clients throughout North Pinellas and Pasco Counties in estate planning, probate, elder law, real estate, and business law. Formerly Bilirakis Law Group, which served the Pinellas County region for over 30 years, the firm became Miaoulis Law in December 2024, continuing as the same firm in the same location under a new name. Owner and managing attorney Maria Miaoulis earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and her law degree from the Fredric G. Levin College of Law, then served five and a half years as an Assistant State Attorney in Pinellas County prosecuting elder abuse cases before returning to the firm and becoming its managing attorney. The firm prepares wills, trusts, revocable living trusts, Lady Bird deeds, powers of attorney, health care directives, and preneed guardian designations, and handles probate and trust administration, Medicaid planning, asset protection, residential real estate transactions, quitclaim deeds, and business formation.
